With our real time inventory system and online ordering system Animal WorldŽ is proud to announce that we are able to ship most orders out the same day they are received. Same day shipment orders need to be placed by 3:00 PM East Coast Time Zone. Our goal is to "Get it out to you fast"

Animal WorldŽ features one of the lowest standard shipping rates anywhere in the country. $6.95 is the standard shipping charge. Standard shipping is via US Priority Mail if under 2 pounds and via UPS if over 2 pounds. (Do not include a holiday, Saturday or Sunday in shipment day counts for UPS or Sunday for days under US Priority Mail.) Total Product Orders over $100 ship free via our best way UPS or USPS. Free shipping applied by us prior to processing payment for order.

US Priority Mail: For shipments under 2 pounds we ship via US Priority Mail. US Priority Mail "estimates" 2-3 business days for delivery anywhere in the US not including day of shipment. (Do not include holiday, or Sunday as a business day)

UPS: For heavier shipments over 2 pounds our standard shipment method is UPS.

UPS standard shipping 1 business day delivers to most of VA, MD, NC, DE, and part of NJ, PA, WV and SC.

UPS standard shipping 2 business days delivers to all points east of the Mississippi River except state of Mississippi

UPS standard shipping in 3 business days delivers to WI, IA, IL, MO, AR, MS, LA, east half of KS and most of MN.

UPS standard shipping in 4 business days delivers to SD, NE, OK, western KS, and eastern TX, CO, ND and upper northwest MN.

UPS standard shipping 5 business days delivers to the rest of the western states in 5 business days except for isolated parts of ID, OR, and CA that UPS designates as remote which require a 6th business day.

UPS Next Day Air under 2 pounds $49.95 delivers next business day if order is placed before 2:00 PM East Coast Time. **Shipments over 2 pounds are quoted based on size and/or weight via phone or email** Friday shipments deliver on Monday the next business day. For Saturday delivery you must choose UPS Next Day Saturday below:

UPS Next Day Air SATURDAY delivery $59.95 under 2 pounds. This shipment is designed specifically for FRIDAY Next Day Air shipments that must be delivered on SATURDAY a non-business day. **Shipments over 2 pounds are quoted based on size and/or weight via phone or email**

UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail $25.95 under 2 pounds delivers in 2 business days for UPS or 1-2 business days with USPS Express Mail. **Shipments over 2 pounds are quoted based on size and/or weight via phone or email. ** (Do not include a holiday, Saturday or Sunday in shipment day counts for UPS or Sunday for days under US Priority Mail.)

**Free Shipping - International Shipping - Christmas**

Free Shipping on orders over $100 is provided if your total is over $100. UPS standard ground shipment only. Scroll down and click on "Free shipping on total order over $100.00. International Orders: Whenever possible we will ship international orders for the default US standard charge of only $6.95 however normally after the order is placed we quote shipping/handling costs via email address given on order. Only after your agreement email reply to shipping/handling costs is your order processed and shipped. We review shipping for USPS or UPS and offer the most affordable shipping method in our quote.

Christmas Shipping of orders We recommend orders for Christmas be placed as early as possible to allow for shipment delays that can be caused unexpectedly by the weather as well as the huge volume of shipments at that time of year.

UPS does not guarantee delivery times for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd day air or 3 day select shipments going out on Dec 21. Dec 22 or Dec 23 during the 2009 Christmas Season.

**Claims Damages**

All claims for damages during shipment must be made within 14 days of shipment.

**RETURNS** Animal WorldŽ will gladly refund purchase price of the item purchased with the following instructions. The product return must take place within 30 days of initial purchase and the item returned must be in new condition as originally shipped with all manufacturers tags attached. Shipping costs to the customer or return shipping costs to Animal WorldŽ are not refunded. Items returned must be insured in case of damage or if shipment is lost in transit. Refunds are credited to the same credit card used in purchase. Refunds cannot be made to a different credit card.
